Art Shows at Art Etc.

At Art Etc., we believe in cultivating a vibrant, ever-evolving creative community. Each year, we host four themed art exhibitions that highlight diverse artistic voices and offer both emerging and established creators the opportunity to showcase their work. Each exhibition includes a public reception, curated displays, and promotional exposure across our gallery platforms.

Our Annual Themed Exhibitions

1. Shadow Play

A winter exhibition exploring contrast, silhouette, illusion, and the expressive power of light and dark.
Artists interpret “shadow” in all its forms—symbolic, emotional, figurative, or abstract.

2. Visual Music

An energetic show celebrating the connection between art and sound.
Artists create work inspired by music, musicians, rhythm, atmosphere, and the emotional resonance that melody brings to life.

3. We Don’t Need Thought Control (Student Exhibition)

Our annual student showcase, featuring artwork by current students and graduating students.
This exhibition highlights growth, experimentation, and personal creative breakthroughs, celebrating the next generation of artists and giving them a professional gallery platform to share their visions.

4. Fantastic Worlds

A summer exhibition celebrating imagination, myth, surrealism, and the worlds that exist beyond reality.
Artists build visual universes—magical, dreamlike, futuristic, or entirely impossible.

How to Participate

Each exhibition is open to artists working in 2D mediums, with select space permitted for 3D works. Calls to artists are posted seasonally on our website and social media channels. Early submissions receive priority in promotional features and press outreach.
