Meghan Lacombe is a Northern California painter known for her vibrant color palette and whimsical landscapes. Her career began in Stockton, California, where she received her B.A. in Studio Art, and has continued to blossom in Chico California, her current place of residence. In Chico, she participated in her first artist residency with the Museum of Northern California Art (MONCA) and her work has been featured in a variety of group shows throughout the area. Lacombe’s art centers on themes of nature, magic, and child-like wonder. She spent many years working as a photographer and continues to use her photography to inspire her imaginative compositions.
